Marriott International and Samhi Hotels have announced a strategic partnership to develop three new properties in India, set to open between 2026 and 2028. This collaboration aims to expand their footprint in the country, adding over 568 rooms across prime locations.

The new projects include the W Hyderabad Hitec City, Bengaluru Whitefield, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel, and The Westin Bengaluru Whitefield. Samhi Hotels, a leading hotel ownership and asset management company in India, will work closely with Marriott to bring these iconic brands to Hyderabad and Bengaluru, cities that epitomize modern India’s dynamic spirit.

With 153 operating properties in India, Marriott International is committed to strengthening its presence to meet the growing demand for both leisure and business travel. “We are optimistic that this partnership will position us well to cater to the strong demand in these key markets,” said a Marriott spokesperson.
