The FSCAI Mumbai Confluence 2024, held on November 21st at Hotel Orchid, Mumbai, was a resounding success, drawing a full house of industry leaders, consultants, and innovators. Hosted by the Food Service Consultants Association of India (FSCAI), the event provided a dynamic platform for networking, knowledge sharing, and celebrating the vital role of hospitality consultants in shaping India’s hotel industry.

The event began with a heartfelt welcome from Mr. Rajesh Chowdhury, the founder, followed by an inspiring speech from Dr. Vithal Kamat, owner of Hotel Orchid. Dr. Kamat emphasized the crucial contributions of hospitality consultants in the conceptualization and success of his hotel, setting the tone for the day.

A key highlight was the induction of the new FSCAI leadership team, with Mr. Vishwanath Pandey officially appointed as President. Joining him on the leadership team were Mr. Rahool Kr Talwar as Vice President, Mr. Pramod Paleri as Secretary, and Mr. Upendra Kulkarni as Joint Secretary, Mr. Beni Agrawal as the treasurer. the executive comittee members were Mr. Sanjiv Deshmukh, Mr. Rajneesh Gandhi Mr. Aditya Jhala and Mr. Mehul Shah. In his address, Mr. Pandey expressed his vision to expand the association's reach and continue its critical work in the hospitality sector.

Industry leaders from companies like Hatco, Franke, Scotsman and Comenda showcased the latest trends and innovations in foodservice technology and products. The event also saw strong sponsorship from industry giants like Cornell, Fabrinox, Swastik Synergy, Gasvigil, further supporting its success.
